100cuci terms and conditions

These are the rules that apply when you use 100cuci. We have kept them as short and readable as we can, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Please go through them before you register — by opening an account you are agreeing to them, and it is fairer to everyone if you know what you agreed to.

The agreement

Agreeing to these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and 100CUCI, the operator of this service, and they are governed by the law of the Philippines. They apply to the 100cuci website, the 100cuci app, and any account you hold with us. If you do not accept them, please do not register and do not use the service.

They should be read together with our 100cuci privacy policy and our 100cuci responsible gaming page. Those documents cover how we handle your data and how we approach safer play, and they form part of the same agreement rather than sitting outside it.

100cuci is an entertainment service. Many game outcomes are determined by chance, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of winnings, a guaranteed return, or a way to earn an income. If you are looking for a financial product, this is not one.

Who can register

Eligibility and your account

You must be aged 18 or over to open an account and use 100cuci. We may ask you to verify your age and identity at registration or at any point afterwards, and we may hold activity on the account until that check is complete. Accounts opened by anyone under 18 will be closed.

You also confirm, when you register, that the following are true and remain true.

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • Using 100cuci is lawful for you in the place where you actually are.
  • The details you give us are accurate, current and genuinely your own.
  • You are opening the account for yourself, not on behalf of someone else.

One person, one account. Multiple accounts controlled by the same individual are not permitted, whether opened directly or through someone else, because they undermine limits, promotions and our fraud checks. If we find duplicates, we may merge or close them. Your account is personal to you — do not let anyone else use it, and do not use anyone else's.

Keep your details accurate and your login private. Use a password you have not reused elsewhere, never share it or a one-time code with anyone, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Activity carried out through your credentials is treated as yours, which is exactly why the credentials matter. If you need to reach us, start from the contact 100cuci page.

Conduct

What you may not do

Most of what follows is common sense, but we would rather set it out plainly than argue about it later. While using 100cuci, you must not do any of the following.

  • Open or control more than one account, or register on behalf of another person.
  • Give false information, or use payment details that are not yours.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation or software designed to exploit a game or the platform.
  • Collude with other players, or take advantage of a bug, pricing error or system fault instead of reporting it.
  • Use 100cuci for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or interfere with the service.
  • Copy, scrape or redistribute our content, branding or software without permission.
  • Abuse, threaten or harass our staff or other players.

This list is not exhaustive. Behaviour designed to gain an unfair advantage, to damage the service, or to harm other players will be treated the same way even if it is not named above. We would rather deal with a small number of clear cases than write rules for every possibility.

If something goes wrong

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, where verification cannot be completed, where activity suggests fraud or a security problem, or where the law requires it. Suspension is a pause while we look into it, not a conclusion. Where we can explain the reason without compromising an investigation or a legal obligation, we will.

If an account is suspended, activity on it may be held while we review. Where a review confirms a genuine breach — for example duplicate accounts or exploitation of a fault — we may reverse the affected activity, since it should not have stood in the first place. Balances that are unaffected by the breach are not something we take.

You can close your own account whenever you want, and you do not need to give a reason. Contact us and we will do it. Closure does not erase everything immediately: as explained in our 100cuci privacy policy, some records must be retained for a period. If you are closing the account because play has stopped feeling comfortable, please read our 100cuci responsible gaming page first — a break or a self-exclusion may suit you better than simply walking away.

Limits

The limits of our responsibility

We work to keep 100cuci available and running properly, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Maintenance, connection problems, device issues and third-party outages all happen. Where a game or feature is provided by another supplier, its availability is partly outside our control, and the line-up of games can change.

To the extent the law of the Philippines allows, we are not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, by your own device or connection, by someone else using your login because it was not kept private, or by your decision to play. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — and we are not trying to sign away the things the law says we cannot.

If a game round, transaction or balance is affected by a technical fault, we will correct the record to what it should have been. That works in both directions. An amount credited by error is not a win, and we may reverse it; equally, if a fault cost you something you were properly owed, tell us and we will put it right.

Updates

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — when the law changes, when we add or retire a feature, or when something here turns out to be unclear in practice. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continuing to use 100cuci after an update means you accept the updated version.

Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make a reasonable effort to bring it to your attention rather than relying on you noticing. If you do not accept a change, the remedy is straightforward: stop using the service and close your account.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Questions about anything on this page can go to support@lathouse.com.my. And once more, plainly: 100cuci is for adults aged 18 and over, outcomes are down to chance, and it is meant to be entertainment rather than a source of income.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What age do I need to be to use 100cuci?

You must be 18 or over. We may ask you to verify your age and identity when you register or at any point afterwards, and activity may be held until that is done. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are closed, and we do not knowingly keep data from them.

Can I open more than one 100cuci account?

No. It is one account per person. Duplicate accounts — whether opened directly or through someone else — undermine the limits you set, our fraud checks and any promotion. If we find them, we may merge or close them and reverse activity that depended on the duplication.

Why might my account be suspended?

Usually because verification could not be completed, because activity looks like fraud or a security problem, or because we reasonably believe these terms were broken. Suspension is a pause while we review, not a verdict, and we explain the reason where we are able to.

What happens if a technical fault affects a game or my balance?

We correct the record to what it should have been. If an amount was credited in error it is not a win and may be reversed; if a fault cost you something you were properly owed, contact us and we will put it right. Exploiting a known fault rather than reporting it is a breach of these terms.

How will I know if the terms change?

The current version is always the one published on this page. We may update it when the law changes or when we add or retire a feature. Where a change materially affects your rights we will make a reasonable effort to flag it. Continuing to use 100cuci means you accept the update.
