100cuci privacy policy

This page explains, in plain language, what personal information 100cuci collects when you use our app and website, why we need it, and what control you have over it. We have tried to write it the way we would want it written for us — short sentences, no hidden clauses, and no claims we cannot stand behind. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before you register.

Scope

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the 100cuci website and the 100cuci mobile app, and to the account you create with us. It is issued by 100CUCI, the operator of this service, and is governed by the data protection law of the Philippines. Where that law gives you rights beyond what is described here, those rights still apply — this document does not reduce them.

It does not cover websites, payment providers or game studios that we link to or that operate inside our service under their own terms. Once you follow a link away from 100cuci, you are on someone else's property and their privacy policy applies. We would encourage you to read those separately rather than assume they work the same way we do.

100cuci is an entertainment service for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and if we discover we have, we delete it. There is more on that in our 100cuci responsible gaming page, which sits alongside this one.

What we hold

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what your device tells us automatically when you connect, and what we generate ourselves as you use the service. Broadly, it falls into the categories below.

  • Account details you provide — the name, contact details, date of birth and login credentials you enter when you register, plus anything you later change in your profile.
  • Verification information — documents or answers we may need to confirm your identity and your age, where the law or our own checks require it.
  • Transaction records — a log of deposits, withdrawals and in-account activity, kept so that balances can be reconciled and disputes can be investigated.
  • Gameplay activity — which games you open, session times and play history, which is what lets you review your own activity and lets us apply the limits you set.
  • Technical and device data — IP address, device type, operating system, app version and similar signals your device sends when it connects.
  • Support correspondence — messages, chat transcripts and any files you send our team when you contact us.

We try to keep this list honest rather than exhaustive-sounding. If we start collecting a category of data that is not described here, we will update this page rather than quietly widen the scope. Some fields are required to open an account at all, and others are optional — where something is optional, we will say so at the point we ask for it.

Why we need it

How we use your information

We use personal data for specific, limited purposes rather than as a general resource. Each purpose below is tied to something the service could not do without it.

  • To create and run your account, including logging you in and keeping your profile and history in one place.
  • To confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that the details on your account are genuinely yours.
  • To process transactions accurately and to investigate anything that looks like an error or a dispute.
  • To detect fraud, multiple accounts, and attempted misuse of the service — which protects other players as well as us.
  • To apply the responsible gaming settings you choose, such as limits or a break from play.
  • To answer your support enquiries and keep a record of what was agreed.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations that apply to us in the Philippines.

We do not sell your personal data. We do share it with the service providers who make 100cuci work — hosting, payment processing, identity verification, fraud detection and customer support tools — and with regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to. Those providers act on our instructions and are not free to reuse your data for their own purposes.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar storage on your device. Some are strictly necessary: they keep you logged in, remember your language and theme, and protect the session from being hijacked. Without those, the site cannot function, so they are not something we can offer to switch off.

Others are optional. We may use analytics storage to understand which pages people actually read and where they get stuck, and we may use similar technologies to measure whether our own marketing is working. These help us improve the service, but the service still works if you decline them.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can reset the advertising identifier on your phone. Doing so may sign you out and reset preferences you have saved. Where the law in the Philippines requires your consent before optional cookies are set, we ask for it first and you can withdraw it later.

Retention and security

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as there is a reason to. In practice that means for as long as your account is open, and then for a further period after it closes — because financial, verification and self-exclusion records generally have to be retained for a set time under the law that applies to us. We are not going to invent a number here; the retention schedule is set by the requirements in the Philippines and by our regulator, and we apply it consistently.

Once a retention period ends, we delete the data or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked back to you. Anonymised statistics may be kept indefinitely, because at that point they are no longer personal data.

On security: we use encryption in transit, access controls, and internal restrictions so that staff only reach the data they need for their role. We will be straight with you, though — no system is completely secure, and anyone who claims otherwise is overselling. Your own habits matter too. Use a password you have not reused elsewhere, never share it or a one-time code, and remember that our team will never ask you for your password.

Your control

Your rights and how to make a request

Subject to the law of the Philippines and to the records we are obliged to keep, you can ask us to do the following with your personal data.

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct details that are wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
  • Ask us to limit how we use it, or object to a particular use.
  • Withdraw consent you gave earlier, such as for optional cookies or marketing messages.
  • Ask for your data in a portable format where that right applies to you.

To make a request, contact us at support@lathouse.com.my, or write to our data protection contact at dpo@lathouse.com.my. We will ask you to verify your identity first — otherwise anyone could ask for your data by pretending to be you. We handle requests as quickly as we reasonably can and within any period the applicable law sets; we would rather not quote a figure here that later turns out to be wrong.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can escalate it to the data protection authority in the Philippines. You can also reach us through the contact 100cuci page for anything that is not a formal data request.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does 100cuci sell my personal data?

No. We do not sell personal data. We share it with the service providers who run parts of our service — hosting, payments, identity verification, fraud checks and support tools — and with authorities where the law requires. Those providers act on our instructions and cannot reuse your data for their own purposes.

Why do you need my date of birth and ID?

100cuci is for players aged 18 and over, so we have to confirm your age rather than take it on trust. Verification also protects you: it makes it much harder for someone else to open or take over an account in your name, and it lets us investigate properly if a transaction is disputed.

Can I use 100cuci without accepting cookies?

You can decline optional cookies such as analytics and still use the service. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off, because they are what keeps you logged in and keeps the session secure. Blocking those in your browser will generally stop the site working properly.

How do I ask for a copy of my data or have it deleted?

Email support@lathouse.com.my or our data protection contact at dpo@lathouse.com.my and tell us what you want. We will verify your identity first. Deletion is not always possible in full, because financial, verification and self-exclusion records usually have to be retained for a period set by law.

What happens to my data after I close my account?

We stop using it for the service, then keep only what we are required to keep for the retention period that applies in the Philippines — mainly transaction, verification and responsible gaming records. After that it is deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked back to you.
